单侧忽略是脑损伤后常见的知觉行为障碍，尤其常见于脑卒中。单侧忽略临床症状具有异质性特点，故其评定和诊断一直是临床研究的热点。传统的纸笔测验因其方便操作的特点广泛应用于临床，但因其缺乏统一的评分标准，灵敏度以及对于临床治疗的指导意义与效果判断方面都表现较弱而受到限制。功能性评价方法能有效地弥补这些不足，不仅可以筛查患者是否存在单侧忽略，还可以有效发现患者在日常生活活动中可能存在的功能障碍，对日后的康复治疗也具有十分重要的指导意义，将成为未来单侧忽略临床及科研中广泛使用的评价工具。功能性评估在国外已经广泛用于临床及科研，然目前国内功能性评估应用较少，现对脑卒中后单侧忽略功能性评定方法研究进展作一综述，为临床应用提供参考。
