目的  建立荣保灵芝1号子实体及其孢子粉中灵芝酸A的含量测定方法。 方法  采用高效液相色谱法,UltimateTM XB-C18色谱柱,柱温:25℃,流速:0.800 mL/min,检测波长:254 nm,流动相为乙腈(B)-0.1%冰乙酸水溶液(A),梯度洗脱。 结果  灵芝酸A的线性范围是0.010~1.200 mg/mL(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.55%,相对标准偏差为1.70%(n=6),子实体中灵芝酸A的含量范围在2.221 7~3.531 1 mg/g,孢子粉中灵芝酸A的含量范围在0.167 2~0.742 9 mg/g。 结论  该方法简便,专属性和重复性好,对连续3年采集的荣保灵芝1号子实体和孢子粉中的灵芝酸A进行测定,其含量都随年份的增加而增加。
