目的　总结脊柱术后急性深部组织感染的临床表现、易感因素及治疗策略。方法　对2009年1月－2010年1月7例脊柱术后急性深部组织感染患者，及时采用清创、持续冲洗引流及抗生素治疗的临床资料进行回归性分析。结果　 7例患者经过11～29 d治疗后获得临床治愈，出院后随访4周原有症状均未再次出现。结论　脊柱术后急性深部组织感染是罕见且严重的并发症，早期诊断及及时治疗可取得满意的疗效。
