卵巢上皮性癌（EOC）是妇科三大恶性肿瘤之一，其死亡率高。卵巢上皮性癌脑转移的发生率较低，但是其预后差，近年EOC的脑转移发生率有增高趋势。脑转移可通过患者的症状、体征、头颅CT、MRI等方法较易诊断。目前缺乏对卵巢上皮性癌脑转移的标准治疗方案。其治疗方法可选择手术、全脑放射治疗（WBRT）、立体定位放射治疗（SRS）、化学疗法，综合多种治疗方法效果优于单一治疗方式。
