目的 探讨5%碳酸氢钠溶液加庆大霉素溶液联合He-Ne激光治疗慢性难治性皮肤溃疡的临床治疗效果。 方法 将2007年2月-2012年2月72例慢性难治性皮肤溃疡患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组36例,试验组采用5%碳酸氢钠溶液加庆大霉素溶液联合He-Ne激光照射,对照组采用聚维酮碘溶液常规消毒联合He-Ne激光照射,对比分析两组的治疗结果。 结果 试验组与对照组有效率分别为100.0%与88.9%,平均治愈时间分别为(16.23 ± 2.12)、(27.87 ± 3.14)d,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 5%碳酸氢钠溶液加庆大霉素联合He-Ne激光治疗慢性难治性皮肤溃疡疗效显著,且能缩短疗程,值得临床广泛应用。
