随着弹性髓内针（ESIN）在儿童前臂骨折中的广泛应用，儿童前臂骨折ESIN内固定术后骨折延迟愈合或不愈合的发生率逐年增加，关于影响骨折愈合的相关因素目前仍存在广泛争议。如何有效避免相关影响因素提高儿童前臂骨折愈合率，成为目前儿童上肢矫形外科所面临的难题。现就其相关影响因素作一综述。
