随着医疗技术信息化的发展，用计算机技术来辅助临床问题的处理也运用得越来越多。运用计算机辅助技术对伤口护理领域中有关伤口形状、色彩、边界的测量及愈合预测的问题及研究进展进行阐述，同时提出基于偏微分的伤口三维模型建立和基于纹理合成技术对肌成纤维细胞进行模拟的伤口愈合图像预测算法。伤口三维模型的建立和伤口愈合图像预测算法的模拟，不仅有助于临床伤口科研工作的进一步展开，促进医疗工作的信息化和数字化发展；还能实现预测工作，为医护工作者提供了一种新的影像学参考资料，同时有利于患者进一步的了解自己的病情。现就基于计算机辅助技术的伤口预测研究进展作一综述。
