睡眠和生理节律的机制已得到广泛研究,其异常存在着性别差异,因此针对不同性别失眠患者的临床研究对提高临床疗效有着重要作用和意义。现综合近5年国内外相关临床文献,从性别和性腺激素角度探讨其对生理睡眠和慢性失眠的影响。
