目的探讨医护一体化翻转式教学模式在规范化培训护士教学中的应用效果。方法对 2012 年 7 月—2014 年 8 月在四川大学华西医院胃肠外科培训的规范化培训护士实施医护一体化翻转式教学模式进行培训，比较医护一体化翻转式教学模式与传统教学模式对其学习成效及教学满意度的差异。结果在医护一体化翻转式教学模式和传统教学模式下规范化培训护士的专业知识成绩分别为（90.18±4.92）、（85.64±5.41）分，专科操作技能成绩分别为（92.30±3.54）、（88.93±5.61）分，教学满意度方面很满意的人数分别为 18 人（18/20）、9 人（9/22）。医护一体化翻转式教学模式下规范化培训护士的专业知识成绩、专科操作技能成绩及教学满意度均较传统教学模式高，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论医护一体化翻转式教学模式能够提高规范化培训护士的学习成效及教学满意度，值得推广。
