目的探讨针对性康复训练护理对帕金森病患者生活质量的影响。方法将2011年2月-2013年6月入住且按纳入排除标准筛选出的230例帕金森病患者，随机分为对照组和试验组各115例。两组均给予预防跌倒安全宣教，此外试验组采用平衡负重训练、力量训练、指示性指令改善患者步态冻结。结果住院期间试验组发生跌倒1例，对照组发生跌倒4例，差异无统计学意义（χ²=0.818，P=0.366）；出院后6个月，试验组与对照组分别发生跌倒2例和11例，差异有统计学意义（χ²=6.604，P=0.010）。结论采用针对性康复训练护理，能有效改善帕金森病患者平衡功能及肌肉力量，从而减少跌倒发生。
