大量出血和输血是肝切除术患者发生并发症和病死率增高的高危因素。控制性低中心静脉压技术有助于减少肝切除术中出血量和输血量,缩短术后住院时间,提高存活率。现有研究表明适当使用控制性低中心静脉压技术对全身心脑肾等重要脏器功能无明显影响,但尚需更多大样本多中心临床前瞻性研究证实。
