骨纤维结构不良（FD）是一种良性骨病，最常发生在四肢骨骼，而发生在脊柱部位的极少见。脊柱FD与其他部位骨骼的FD在临床表现、影像学特征和治疗方法上有许多不同，术前明确诊断较困难，针对其导致椎体骨质破坏或脊柱不稳定以及继发的脊髓神经损害有多种治疗方法，但在临床上通常采用多种方法综合治疗。该文特就脊柱FD的临床特征、诊断和治疗方法作一综述。
