随着我国糖尿病患病率的增加,需行白内障手术的糖尿病患者也逐渐增多,糖尿病患者行白内障手术的各类并发症的发生率高于非糖尿病患者,影响术后视力。常见并发症包括黄斑囊样水肿、角膜相关并发症、囊袋收缩和后囊混浊。影响手术时机选择的主要因素包括血糖水平、围手术期的视网膜激光光凝术及玻璃体切除术。此外,糖尿病患者白内障手术时人工晶状体的选择需要特别考虑。该文综述了糖尿病患者白内障术后黄斑水肿的最新研究进展、角膜相关并发症以及囊袋相关并发症,同时简述了该类患者手术时机选择的影响因素以及人工晶状体的选择。
