目的总结内髁 Hoffa 骨折合并前交叉韧带断裂的诊疗经验。方法 2012 年 1 月—2016 年 2 月，收治 3 例外伤致内髁 Hoffa 骨折合并前交叉韧带断裂患者。男 2 例，女 1 例；年龄分别为 59、43、55 岁。伤后至入院时间为 2、3、1 h。采用空心螺钉固定骨折块，关节镜下一期前交叉韧带重建治疗。结果术后患者切口均 Ⅰ 期愈合。3 例患者分别获随访 10、9、12 个月。X 线片复查示，骨折均愈合，愈合时间分别为 12、14、16 周；随访期间无创伤性关节炎发生。末次随访时，参照 Letenneur 提出的 Hoff 骨折术后功能恢复评价系统，膝关节功能均达优。结论对于内髁 Hoffa 骨折合并前交叉韧带断裂，切开复位空心螺钉内固定联合膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术是一种有效、安全方法。
