目的探讨应用半荷包缝合法消除腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣（deep interior epigastric perforator flap，DIEP）供区切口“猫耳”畸形的效果。方法 2022年5月—10月，于5例女性患者DIEP乳房再造术中，采用半荷包缝合法缝合腹部供区切口两侧髂嵴端。患者年龄39～56岁，平均48.2岁。一期乳房再造4例，二期再造1例。术后腹部供区常规加压包扎。结果 5例患者术后1个月随访，皮瓣均顺利成活；腹部供区切口均Ⅰ期愈合，切口两侧髂嵴端皮肤平整，无“猫耳”畸形外观，未发现局部凹陷、感染等并发症。结论半荷包缝合法能够有效消除DIEP供区切口“猫耳”畸形。
