目的分析大隐静脉曲张术后的复发因素以减少二次手术的发生。方法收集2005～2011年期间我院收治的大隐静脉曲张术后复发的22例患者的临床病例资料，对其进行回顾性分析，并分析其术后复发原因。结果 22例大隐静脉曲张术后复发患者中大隐静脉主干及其属支残存8例，合并交通静脉瓣膜功能不全16例，合并小隐静脉曲张8例，合并深静脉瓣膜功能不全11例，合并深静脉血栓形成后再通1例，同时存在两个或两个以上静脉瓣膜功能病变17例。结论大隐静脉曲张术后复发的患者多累及两个或两个以上静脉系统，交通支静脉瓣膜功能不全是大隐静脉曲张手术后复发的常见原因。术前完善的下肢静脉血管影像学检查和手术方式的正确选择是降低二次手术率的关键。
