癫痫共患躯体疾病现象普遍，在治疗方面尚无指南或专家共识。文章在检索癫痫共患病、各脏器疾病与癫痫发作、癫痫的药物治疗等方面文献之后，对癫痫共患躯体疾病的抗癫痫药物选择进行讨论，并按照躯体疾病的分类进行综述，旨在为解决癫痫共患躯体疾病可能遇到的临床实际问题提供参考，指导临床用药。
