大量流行病学研究表明焦虑性障碍(Anxiety disorder,AD)在癫痫患者中的患病率高于普通人群,AD 不仅能增加癫痫患者的自杀风险,还可导致疾病进一步恶化。目前,我国对于成人癫痫伴焦虑的研究仍不成熟,临床医生对于癫痫患者共患焦虑仍缺乏进一步的认识,使得临床上误诊率高,患者病情未能得到及时的治疗。文章结合国内外最新研究,对成人癫痫伴焦虑的危险因素、发病机制、分类、诊断、鉴别诊断、筛查、治疗等方面作一综述,为临床诊治提供参考。
