肺泡蛋白沉积症（PAP）是一种罕见的呼吸系统疾病，主要是由于肺泡腔中大量的嗜酸性富含脂质和蛋白质的物质沉积[1]，可分为先天性、继发性和获得性三类。目前PAP最有效的治疗是全肺灌洗[2]。多数文献报道的是对初次诊断的PAP患者的全肺灌洗治疗。2005年我们收治了1例PAP患者，经全肺灌洗治疗10个月后复诊，根据其影像学表现再次进行全肺灌洗治疗，现报告如下。
