支气管哮喘( 简称哮喘) 是气道的非特异性炎症性疾病。近年来, 通过规范化治疗, 大部分患者可获得良好的治疗效果, 重症哮喘的发生率降低, 需要急诊或住院的患者减少[1] 。同时哮喘作为一种不能根治的慢性病, 规范化治疗也意味着需要较长的疗程, 随之可能带来一定的不良反应, 但这些不良反应又较少受到重视。
