Thirty-nine cases of fracturc of the femoral neck were treated by transplantation of iliac bone graft pedicled with the deep circumflex iliac vessel. The average period of the follow up was 89.4 months. The results showed that Harris Hip Functional Evaluation was 88.2±15.6.
