轻度认知功能障碍是介于正常老化和痴呆之间的一种临床状态，如何能够早期相对准确并且及时地筛查出这种状态，同时又不需要较高的医疗费用，各种认知功能障碍相关量表越来越受到重视，其中对蒙特利尔认知评估量表研究最多，同时应用最为广泛，不同地区的医疗工作者做了大量的工作，以期其更加适合国内临床工作初步筛查使用。现对国内相关研究进行综述。
