骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)是一种起源于造血干细胞的克隆性疾病,疾病临床表现呈异质性,多数患者最终转化为急性髓细胞性白血病。近年来发现DNA甲基化异常与MDS的严重程度及预后有关,去甲基化治疗作为一种新的方法引入到MDS的治疗中。现将指导MDS患者临床合理使用去甲基化药物的生物学指标进行综述。
