为帮助糖尿病患者认识自我管理的重要性，文章从人口学资料、疾病和治疗机制、知识态度信念状况以及心理社会等方面对糖尿病患者自我管理行为及影响因素进行归纳总结，并就自我管理干预措施进行展望，以期望能指导糖尿病患者自我管理干预措施的实施。
