【摘要】　乳腺癌乳房切除术后重建包括自体组织重建和假体重建两大类。假体重建包括单纯假体一步重建，组织扩张器后假体两步重建，以及可调式双囊假体一步重建。现将如何通过几种假体重建方式达到最佳的美容效果，以及各种假体重建方式的适应证、并发症、患者满意度等做一综述。
