【摘要】　急性主动脉夹层病死率高，病情凶险，临床表现复杂多变，早期误诊率及病死率高。因此采用科学合理、操作性强的急诊诊断流程进行早期筛查显得至关重要。急诊筛查流程包括危险患者识别、床旁风险评估及辅助检查确诊等步骤，通过筛查尽早对高危患者进行影像学确诊并给予及时有效干预，从而减少误诊率、改善预后。
