【摘要】　目的　报道并分析1例感染性心内膜炎患者使用万古霉素过程中出现白细胞与中性粒细胞严重减少的不良反应。　方法　采用病例报告的形式并结合文献检索进行分析。　结果　此患者发生白细胞与中性粒细胞严重减少可能与使用万古霉素有关。　结论　万古霉素所致白细胞与中性粒细胞严重减少机制尚不明确，所致后果严重，需引起临床高度重视，在使用过程中须定期监测血常规，以避免和减少此类不良反应的发生。
