【摘要】 目的 探讨三维超声生理盐水宫腔声学造影(3D-SIS)对黏膜下肌瘤分型的临床价值。 方法 2008年10月-2009年4月因不规则阴道流血并经阴道超声(TVS)检查确诊为黏膜下肌瘤的62例患者,分别行2D-SIS、3D-SIS检查,依据欧洲宫腔镜学会黏膜下肌瘤的分类标准对肌瘤进行分型,并与手术结果相比较。 结果 62例患者共检出黏膜下肌瘤73个。两种方法诊断0型黏膜下肌瘤完全一致;3D-SIS检查诊断I型、II型黏膜下肌瘤敏感性、特异性、准确性高于2D-SIS检查(P lt;0.01)。 结论 3D-SIS是黏膜下肌瘤分型诊断的可信、简便的方法,具有较高的临床应用价值。
