【摘要】 目的 探讨三维超声生理盐水宫腔声学造影（3D-SIS）对黏膜下肌瘤分型的临床价值。 方法 2008年10月-2009年4月因不规则阴道流血并经阴道超声（TVS）检查确诊为黏膜下肌瘤的62例患者，分别行2D-SIS、3D-SIS检查，依据欧洲宫腔镜学会黏膜下肌瘤的分类标准对肌瘤进行分型，并与手术结果相比较。 结果 62例患者共检出黏膜下肌瘤73个。两种方法诊断0型黏膜下肌瘤完全一致；3D-SIS检查诊断I型、II型黏膜下肌瘤敏感性、特异性、准确性高于2D-SIS检查（P lt;0.01）。 结论 3D-SIS是黏膜下肌瘤分型诊断的可信、简便的方法，具有较高的临床应用价值。
