【摘要】肌筋膜疼痛综合征是临床常见的疼痛性疾患，尤其常见于运动员，虽然概念的提出已有数十年之久，但尚未被医务工作者广泛认识。近十年来，对其研究逐渐深入，诊断和治疗手段也已日趋成熟，推动了国内肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床诊治与科研工作。
