目的:分析体外受精(IVF)患者卵泡液中sFas和sFasL的浓度与妊娠的关系,以及与卵泡液中的促黄体素(LH)水平之间的相关性。方法:收集行IVF/ICSI患者的卵泡液,测定sFas、sFasL和LH浓度。结果:妊娠组排卵前卵泡液中的sFasL和LH水平显著高于未妊娠组(P分别为0.002和<0.001),两组中sFas水平没有明显差异。通过logistic回归分析,卵泡液中与妊娠有统计学相关的因素仅为LH,OR=4.117(P为0.001)。卵泡液中的LH和sFasL的水平呈明显正相关关系(P lt;0.001),LH与sFas之间无显著相关关系。结论:在IVF/ICSI治疗周期中,卵泡液中的sFasL蛋白和LH水平与妊娠结局有关,卵泡液中的LH水平可能通过调节卵泡局部的某些系统来调节卵泡中FasFasL系统介导的凋亡作用。
