目的:研究Survivin蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中表达的临床意义。方法:运用免疫组化(IHC)方法检测51例NSCLC组织、21例癌旁组织和11例良性肺病变组织中Survivin的表达,并采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果:Survivin在胞浆和/或胞核均有表达,其在NSCLC、癌旁和良性肺病变组织中的阳性率之间存在显著统计学差异(P lt;0.001),肿瘤组表达(76.5%,39/51)高于癌旁组织(19.0%,4/21)(P=0.000)。Survivin表达与分化程度有关(Ρ lt;0.05),其生存曲线及复发转移风险曲线均没有意义(Ρ＞0.05)。多因素COX回归分析提示临床分期和复发转移状态为影响生存的因素。结论:Survivin可能与NSCLC的发生发展相关,还不能支持它作为判断预后和复发转移的指标。
