目的:观察吸入糖皮质激素对稳定期重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效。方法:采用随机分组方法对本院2006～2007年门诊患者中筛选出符合入选标准的59例稳定期重度COPD患者进行随机分组,分别给予布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉吸入剂(治疗组)和福莫特罗干粉吸入剂(对照组)治疗半年,评估肺功能、呼吸困难程度、生活质量及慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作(AECOPD)等。疗效分析采用t检验或χ2检验。结果:59例患者均完成半年随访。结果显示:治疗组第1秒用力呼气、呼吸困难评分、6min步行距离和生活质量评分等指标均较对照组明显改善。且急性加重患者的门诊和住院人次较对照组少(P lt;0.05)。结论:吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期重度COPD有效。
