目的:探讨MRI诊断中枢神经细胞瘤的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析5例中枢神经细胞瘤的MRI表现。结果:肿瘤均位于侧脑室,邻近透明隔,MRI上肿瘤实质部分呈等T-1、等T-2信号,内可见囊变区,增强扫描肿瘤呈不均匀轻度强化。结论:起源于侧脑室透明隔的肿瘤,应考虑到中枢神经细胞瘤的可能,MRI诊断中枢神经细胞瘤具有一定优势。
