摘要:目的:探讨诊断性腹腔镜在临床中的应用价值。方法:2003年3月至2008年12月对63例临床诊断不明的腹部疾病患者行腹腔镜探查,对其临床资料回顾性的分析总结。结果:其中探查阳性58例,取病例活检50例,同时腹腔镜治疗35例,无手术并发症。结论:诊断性腹腔镜探查是一种安全的诊断手段,对诊断不明的腹部病例的诊断和同时的腔镜下治疗具有重要的临床价值。
