目的:探讨硬脊膜动静脉瘘(SDAVF)的手术治疗效果。方法:2000～2006年我科收治21例SDAVF,回顾性分析术前资料及术后随访情况。结果:21例均能完全切除病灶,手术后状态好转者14例,不变5例,加重2例。改良Aminoff-Logue功能评分降低。早期患者手术效果最好。长期随访手术效果稳定,复发率低。结论:SDAVF的手术治疗是一种安全有效的技术,可以达到较好的解剖治愈率,治疗效果稳定确切。特别是早期手术治疗有利于患者神经功能的恢复。
