目的:观察Nd:YAG激光治疗基底细胞癌的临床治疗效果。方法:患者经病理确诊为基底细胞癌后予Nd:YAG激光局部治疗,去除皮损。结果:12例患者经Nd:YAG激光治疗后5例治愈,7例显效,有效率达100%,5年随访期内均无复发。结论:Nd:YAG激光能有效地治疗基底细胞癌。
