目的　探讨Trivex旋切术治疗下肢血栓性浅表静脉炎的临床疗效。
方法　回顾性分析67例下肢血栓性浅表静脉炎病例的临床资料。患者术前给予丹参治疗、下肢静脉造影等术前准备；然后行大隐静脉主干内膜剥脱、用Trivex旋切系统剖吸曲张静脉和静脉丛内的血栓；术后给予低分子肝素抗凝、早期下床活动等处理。
结果全部患者的手术均顺利，术中及术后无肺栓塞发生。术后2例切口Ⅱ期愈合， 65例切口Ⅰ期愈合。所有病例术后3d均出院，住院时间（5±1） d。15例术后患肢有瘀斑者随访2周均消失； 7例出现内踝部麻木感，随访6个月消失；本组患者均获随访6个月，未见复发者。
结论　下肢血栓性静脉炎早期行以Trivex旋切术为主的综合治疗，其临床疗效好、住院时间短、创伤小及美容效果好，并可有效防止病情反复、深静脉血栓及肺栓塞的发生，是治疗下肢血栓性静脉炎的有效手段。
