报道应用阶梯形推进皮瓣修复指端缺损11例,结果满意。与传统的V-Y推进皮瓣相比,具有以下优点:①皮瓣含有轴型血管,血供丰富。②可形成岛状,组织牵扯少,推进幅度大。③术后感觉恢复好。④皮瓣边缘设计成阶梯形,既增加了推进距离,又减少术后直线瘢痕挛缩。
