Endoscopic treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stones has become very common, but endoscopic treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones for various reasons faces many difficulties and challenges. With the birth of new equipment and the advancement of technology, endoscopic treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones has ushered in new opportunities, including peroral cholangioscopic technology and endoscopic ultrasonography, which have shown good application prospects. It will become an indispensable and important part in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones.
目的:探讨陈旧性髌骨骨折的最佳治疗方案。方法:我院1997.1~2007.12收治陈旧性髌骨骨折患者20例,均采用术前髌骨牵引、股四头肌锻炼,术中髌前纵形S切口、改良张力带固定骨折块,配合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠,术后早期行患肢CPM机功能锻炼。结果: 所有患者均获得随访,随访时间1.5~3.5年,平均2.2年。患者术后X片髌骨骨折块对位良好、关节面平整。术后切口甲级愈合,下床时间2d~21d,平均6.5d。骨折愈合时间3.0~6.5月,平均4.2月。术后1.5年膝关节HSS功能评分:优8例,良8例,可3例,差1例,优良率80%。结论: 术前牵引、术中正确处理骨折、术后术后早期锻炼等综合治疗陈旧性髌骨骨折疗效显著。
Objective To explore the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) gene transfection on the expression level of VEGF-C in human breast cancer MCF-7 cell. Methods The constructed VEGF-C gene eukaryotic expression vector was transfected into the human breast cancer MCF-7 cell by using lipofectamine transfection reagents, and the positive cell clones were obtained through G418 selection after transfection. The expressions of VEGF-C mRNA and protein were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot respectively. Results Following the transfection of the VEGF-C recombination plasmid, there were significant differences on the expression levels of VEGF-C mRNA and protein between pcDNA3.1-VEGF-C transfection group and pcDNA3.1 transfection group (12.382±2.183 vs 6.039±1.950, P<0.01; 0.971±0.186 vs 0.594±0.196, P<0.05). Conclusion With the transfection of pcDNA3.1-VEGF-C vector by using the liposome, the expression levels of VEGF-C mRNA and protein rise up in breast cancer MCF-7 cell.
We carried out study on surface electromyogram (sEMG) signal generated from cluster muscles in trunk and lower limbs on condition of human body walking with heavily burdened shoulder to explore functional status and fatigue property of human muscles and to offer an important reference for finding better ways of loading, improving the performance and design of backpack as well as weight-bearing system more suitable for ergonomics. We measured and obtained surface electromyography signals from the primary muscles clusters in neck, shoulder, back and leg of 20 test recipients loaded with different burdens on their shoulders. The eigenvalue of mean power frequency (MPF) were processed with SPSS 16.0. It could be concluded that with the increase of loading weights, male are more likely to be fatigued due to dramatic decrease of trapezius' MPF. While for the female test recipients, the cervical extensor muscles' MPF dropped significantly and were more easily fatigued. Moreover, there was a remarkable difference in terms of electromyography signal before and after the weight reaches certain limit (P<0.05) . The maximum weight limit loaded on shoulders for man is 12% of the total bodyweight while such limit for woman is just 9%.
During the automatic reconstruction of panoramic images, the effect of dental arch curve fitting will affect the integrity of the content of the panoramic image. Metal implants in the patient’s mouth usually lead to a decrease in the contrast of the panoramic image, which affects the doctor’s diagnosis. In this paper, an automatic oral panoramic image reconstruction method was proposed. By calculating key image areas and image extraction fusion algorithms, the dental arch curve could be automatically detected and adjusted on a small number of images, and the intensity distribution of teeth, bone tissue and metal implants on the image could be adjusted to reduce the impact of metal on other tissues, to generate high-quality panoramic images. The method was tested on 50 cases of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) data with good results, which can effectively improve the quality of panoramic images.
