ObjectiveTo explore the effect of "HIS" nursing service mode in promoting the quality of clinical nursing service for key specialties in the department of gastrointestinal surgery. MethodsIn the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, West China Hospital of Sichuan University, "HIS" nursing service mode was carried out on January 1, 2012.Questionnaires surveying hospitalized patients' satisfaction before (n=360, between January and December 2011) and after (n=360, between January and December 2012) the implementation of "HIS" nursing service mode were retrospectively compared and analyzed. ResultsThe patients' general satisfaction score was improved significantly from 83.27±5.71 to 97.92±6.23 after the implementation of "HIS" nursing service mode (t=-8.001, P < 0.05).For all the 14 items in the satisfaction questionnaire, the differences before and after the implementation had statistical significance (P < 0.05). ConclusionThe "HIS" nursing service mode can effectively improve patients' satisfaction of clinical nursing service for key specialties in the department of gastrointestinal surgery, and it is worthy of further promotion.

Intelligent hospitals mainly cover intelligent clinics, intelligent wards, and intelligent management. The revolution trends count on not only techniques such as 5G, but also the support and cooperation of the government and society. The risk of information and data leak needs attention.
The new coming era has brought great challenge to present health service model, and the development of new science and technology had improved the reconstruction of medical system and model. With the guidance of evidence-based management and participation of model technology, this paper provides an explanation of the new health service model containing new health management, clinical medicine, chronic disease management and elder care which cover the whole life cycle, so as to implement the " Health China” strategy and develop a whole life cycle health service system for all residents with necessary, high quality, and affordable prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and health promotion.
With the increasing demand for medical and health services in China, Internet hospitals have emerged, which can provide the public with diversified health services from multiple levels and dimensions. Based on the Internet hospital policies issued, this article sorts out and summarizes the information of Internet hospitals publicly reported in China, compares and analyzes the classification characteristics and similarities and differences of the two major service models of Internet hospitals, which are the second-named entity medical institutions, and Internet hospitals independently established by medical institutions, puts forward suggestions on how to improve the service model of Internet hospitals, and reveals the challenges faced by Internet hospitals. It aims to provide a reference for the promotion and development of Internet hospitals in China in the future.
With the aggravation of population aging, the medical and care needs of the elderly have increased significantly. Nowadays the integrated elderly care and medical services have been greatly promoted and various services modes have been developed in different regions. In order to promote the healthy development of integrated elderly care and medical services in China, we summarized the practical experience of integrated elderly care and medical services implemented in various parts of China, including six typical service modes such as elderly care in medical services, medical care in elderly care, cooperation between medical services and elderly care, community radiation, family doctor embedded and “Internet+”. Moreover, we compared their providers, service methods, construction specifications, service standards, regulatory agencies and payment methods. Finally, we analyzed the problems and their causes, and proposed corresponding improvements for outstanding problems in the practice of integrated elderly care and medical services in China.
As one of the crucial measures in the action plan for improving health services, day surgery is committed to efficiently integrating medical resources and improving the quality of medical services. Nowadays, public hospitals in China are vigorously promoting the day surgery cases. The normalization of day surgery is also one of the major goals for the Department of Gastroenterology to meet the current medical needs and explore sub-professional development in line with the discipline’s advantages. Taking the current status of day surgery in the Department of Gastroenterology of West China Hospital of Sichuan University as an example, this paper explores and constructs the “Huaxi Model of Day Surgery in the Department of Gastroenterology”, focusing on the management mode, operation process, operation implementation, quality and safety assurance of day surgery, so as to facilitate the exchange of experiences.
