  • 正电子发射断层显像/CT中心γ辐射铅衣屏蔽效果评价及防护措施

    目的 研究铅衣对正电子发射断层显像(PET)/CT中心放射性药物18氟-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG γ射线是否具有屏蔽效果,以探讨护士在工作中的辐射防护措施。 方法 对2010年6月-2011年12月PET/CT中心1 442例受检者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,经计算平均注射量为10.05 mCi,最大注射量为14.7 mCi,测量在距15 mCi 18F-FDG 1~5 m内有无铅衣屏蔽时空气的当量剂量率。 结果 在距离放射源1~5 m范围内,无铅衣屏蔽时空气的剂量当量率范围4.23~77.96 μSV/h,有铅衣屏蔽时空气的剂量当量率范围3.49~54.24 μSV/h,两者间差异无统计学意义(t=1.64,P>0.05)。 结论 铅衣对18F-FDG γ射线的空气当量剂量率无屏蔽作用,护士应从各个方面加强辐射防护,使受照射剂量降到合理的水平,避免电离辐射损伤。

  • The status the oral drugs for chronic central serous chorioretinopathy

    Chronic central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) usually demonstrates frequent recurrence, diffuse leakage and persistent subretinal fluid, which cannot be absorbed, thus lead to photoreceptor damage and poor visual acuity. As glucocorticoids have been implicated in the pathogenesis of chronic CSC, various anti-glucocorticoids oral drugs were used in the clinic to promote retinal fluid absorption and reduce the central retinal thickness of the macula and improve the vision outcomes. In addition, the 5α-reductase-specific inhibitor finasteride, the P450-3A4 inducer rifampicin, circadian rhythmic regulator melatonin, and systemic anti-inflammatory drug methotrexate have also been put into clinical trials for chronic CSC, and achieved certain effects. However, most of the clinical studies on these oral drugs were case reports, but not multi-center randomized clinical trials. The long-term effects of these oral drugs need to be observed and studied further.

  • Application of PDCA Circulation to Enhance the Quality of Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography in Whole Body Bone Scanning

    ObjectiveUtilizing PDCA circulation to enhance the quality of single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) in whole body bone scan (WBS). MethodsBased on a retrospective analysis of the quality of WBS in the first half of year 2012, advices and measurements to improve the quality were implemented by the technologists. In the following half year of 2012, monthly evaluation of the WBS quality were carried out to further improve the quality by focusing on fine details of the patient positioning, radiopharmaceuticals injection and image processing, etc. ResultsBy utilization of PDCA circulation, WBS quality in the latter half year of 2012 constantly improved. Further more, effective and improved technical procedures were extracted from scattered individual experience, which was expected to improve the WBS quality effectively in the long run. ConclusionApplication of PDCA circulation in SPECT in whole body bone scan improves the image quality, because it not only brings better communication and understanding between patients and physicians/technologists, but also enables better patient preparations and individualized procedures based on standard protocols.
