  • A Clinical Study on the Effect of Yinxing Damo Combined with Xuesaitong Injection in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

    目的:研究银杏达莫联合血塞通注射液对急性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法:分成3组,分别为银杏达莫组、血塞通组、银杏达莫联合血塞通治疗组,每组40例。3组给予不同治疗后分别对治疗前及治疗后14、21 d对神经功能缺损及疗效进行评定。结果:银杏达莫组及血塞通组相比,在治疗后第14及21天,银杏达莫联合血塞通组神经功能缺损明显减轻(Plt;005),且疗效更明显(Plt;005)。结论:与银杏达莫组及血塞通组相比,银杏达莫与血塞通联合治疗可更加改善神经功能缺损(Plt;005),并能提高疗效,出血副作用无增加。

  • Peritoneal Ginkgo-dipyidamolum on Renal Function and Antioxidative Effect in Diabetic Rats

    目的:研究银杏达莫对糖尿病大鼠肾功能的影响,并从抗氧化应激反应的角度探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:50只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组(10只),糖尿病模型组(20只)及糖尿病模型加银杏达莫组(20只)。采用单次腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(55 mg/kg)诱导糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠模型,腹腔注射银杏达莫水溶液。生化法测定血糖,血、尿肌酐及尿白蛋白;尾静脉取血ELISA法检测血清血管内皮先长因子(VEGF)水平;肾脏匀浆后测肾脏丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)的含量。结果:糖尿病模型组和银杏达莫组生化指标均高于正常组(Plt;0.05),银杏达莫组MDA、NO及VEGF的表达减少与模型组比较差异有显著性(Plt;0.05)。结论:银杏达莫具有减轻糖尿病大鼠蛋白尿,提高尿肌酐排泄,减轻肾脏损害的作用,其机制可能与提高肾脏抗氧化系统功能有关。

  • 银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病疗效观察

    目的 探讨银杏叶提取物与双嘧达莫复方制剂银杏达莫注射液对冠心病的疗效及安全性。 方法 2007年-2009年确诊冠心病患者106例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各53例。两组常规给予吸氧,硝酸酯类药物,受体阻滞剂,钙拮抗剂,抗血小板制剂等治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用银杏达莫注射液治疗2周。检测治疗前后心绞痛控制率、心电图改善等指标。 结果 治疗组总有效率为88.7%(47/53),对照组总有效率为67.9%(36/53),两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组心电图总有效率为66.0%(35/53),高于对照组(23/53,43.4%),两组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组发生静脉炎1例,实验室检查发现无明显异常。 结论 银杏达莫治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛有效且安全。

  • The Clinical observation of Benazepril Combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on Early Diabetic Nephropathy

    目的:观察苯那普利联合银杏达莫注射液对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者蛋白尿、肾功能以及血液流变学指标的影响。方法:75例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予饮食控制、降糖、降脂等常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给与苯那普利和银杏达莫注射液治疗,疗程共12周,分别观察治疗前后两组患者空腹血糖、血脂和肾功能以及UAER和血液流变学参数的变化。结果:治疗12周后,两组患者空腹血糖控制良好,治疗组患者UAER较对照组明显下降,分别为314.62±49.83 mL/min和282.97±36.62 mL/min,治疗组患者肾功能和血液流变学参数较治疗前明显改善(Plt;0.05)。结论:苯那普利联合银杏达莫注射液能明显改善糖尿病肾病患者血液流变学参数,提高肾脏功能,减少24 h尿蛋白。

  • Management of Acute Brain Infarction via Ginkgo Bilobate Extract Combined with Edaravone

    摘要:目的:观察银杏达莫联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将50例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各25例,均予常规治疗,治疗组加用依达拉奉注射液30 mg及银杏达莫注射液20 mL静滴。两组均以14 d为一个疗程,于治疗前、治疗结束比较两组神经功能缺损评分情况。结果:治疗组治疗显效率显著高于对照组。结论:银杏达莫联合依达拉奉可有效治疗急性脑梗死。Abstract: Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Edaravone combined with Gingko Bilobate on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Fifty cases with acute cerebral infarction were devided into two groups randomly, 25 cases in each. Two groups received routine therapy for 14 days, while in therapeutic group 30 mg Edaravone and 20 mL Ginkgo Bilobate were intravenously drip infused additionally per day. The therapeutic effect was evaluated through scoring of nervous function defect before and after treatment. Results: The obvious effective rate of therapeutic group was superior to the one of the control group (Plt;0.05). Conclusion: Edaravone combined with Gingko Bilobate can treat the patients with acute cerebral infarction effectively.

  • Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Combined with Betahistine Injection for the Treatment of Vertebrobasilar Ischemia with Vertigo: A Meta-analysis

    ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects and safety of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole combined with betahistine injection for the treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemia with vertigo. MethodsThe Cochrane Library, Medline, Embase, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP Database, Wanfang Database and China Biology Medicine Databases were searched from their establishment to September 2015. We used the method recommended by the Cochrane collaboration to perform a meta-analysis on randomized controlled trails. ResultsSix studies were included. The results of meta-analysis demonstrated that ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole combined with betahistine injection for the treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemia with vertigo was superior to either ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole or betahistine injection in total effective rate[RR=1.21, 95%CI (1.08, 1.35), P=0.000 7; RR=1.17, 95%CI (1.05, 1.31), P=0.006]. ConclusionGinkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole combined with betahistine injection is effective for the treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemia with vertigo. However, due to the limited quantity and quality of the included studies, the results need to be further confirmed.
