  • 白内障患者日间手术的效果分析

    目的 总结白内障患者日间手术效果。 方法 对2010年12月-2012年7月收治的1 310例白内障患者的手术效果进行分析,主要比较视力改变和术后不良反应的发生。 结果 1 310例患者中术后视力第1天明显改善1 221例,占93.21%,视力有一定改善59例,占4.5%,视力无变化30例,占2.3%;不良反应包括结膜充血110例,角膜水肿42例,畏光82例,眼部疼痛9例。术后第2、3天门诊随访和术后1周电话回访,不良反应逐渐减轻或消失。 结论 白内障日间手术住院时间短、费用低,治疗效果好、手术安全,值得临床广泛推广。

  • 综合医院门诊开展多形式健康教育的效果

    目的 探讨门诊开展健康教育的形式及效果。 方法 2007年1月-2012年4月,除继续实施以前所采取的健康教育外,陆续开展多种专科患者的教育及护理门诊,同时加强对患者各就诊环节的健康教育,完善多发病、慢性病的系列讲座等。 结果 在门诊患者量大幅增加的情况下,患者就医体验得到明显改善,满意度逐年增高,综合满意度达96%。 结论 门诊患者流动性大、病种多、需求各异,只有采用个体与群体、特殊与一般、口头与书面相结合的多种健康教育形式,才能满足不同层次患者的需求,达到健康教育的效果,提高患者满意度,提高医院的信誉度。

  • PDCA管理在门诊内分泌疾病诊区的运用及效果

    目的探讨门诊内分泌专科诊区施行PDCA 循环管理模式的形式及效果。 方法2013年1月-2014年1月运用PDCA 模式对内分泌专科诊区实施综合管理。 结果患者的就医体验和护理人员的工作体验均得到明显改善,诊区护理工作效率和服务质量得到相应提高,患者对护理服务满意度达97.56%,比2012年同期提高了2.38%;复诊预约率达87.0%,比2012年同期提高了9.0%。 结论引入科学的PDCA 循环管理模式,能为患者提供全面、全程、高效的护理服务。

  • The Management of Outpatient Registration Source Based on Information System Platform

    ObjectiveTo explore the function of information system platform in the management of outpatient registration source. MethodsOn the basis of registration appointment system, we surveyed again on outpatients traffic between February 6th and 10th in 2012 to find out find out the disadvantages of outpatient service procedures. Certain measures were taken for improvement, especially the management of registration source. ResultsAfter improvement by certain measures, queuing phenomenon and the degree of congestion in the waiting area were improved. To some extent, the satisfaction of patients and doctors was raised from 91% to 93%. ConclusionStandardizing outpatient administration and behavior of patients by information system platform has a good effect and is worth promoting.

  • Model Selection and Statistical Process of Meta-analysis of Dose-response Data

    According to the heterogeneity between dose-response data across different studies and the potential nonlinear trend within the dose-response relationship, there are several models for trend estimation from summarized dose-response data, with applications to meta-analysis. However, up to now, there is no guideline of conducting a metaanalysis of dose-response data. After summarizing the previous papers, this paper focuses on how to select the right model for conducting a meta-analysis of dose-response data based on the heterogeneity across different studies, the goodness of fit, and the P value of overall association between exposure and event. Then a preliminary statistical process of conducting a meta-analysis of dose-response data is proposed.
