  • Development Method of Healthcare Information System Integration Based on Business Collaboration Model

Integration of heterogeneous systems is the key to hospital information construction due to complexity of the healthcare environment. Currently, during the process of healthcare information system integration, people participating in integration project usually communicate by free-format document, which impairs the efficiency and adaptability of integration. A method utilizing business process model and notation (BPMN) to model integration requirement and automatically transforming it to executable integration configuration was proposed in this paper. Based on the method, a tool was developed to model integration requirement and transform it to integration configuration. In addition, an integration case in radiology scenario was used to verify the method.

  • Application of mini-health technology assessment in anti-magnetic anesthesia machine management

ObjectiveTo present the application of mini-health technology assessment (Mini-HTA) method in configuration management of anti-magnetic anesthesia machine.MethodsFrom February to March 2019, the specialist operation assistant used Mini-HTA method to analyze and evaluate the anti-magnetic anesthesia machine applied by the department from basic situation and four dimensions, including technical dimension, patient dimension, hospital dimension, and economic dimension.ResultsA hospital health technology assessment report was prepared based on the evaluation of the specialist operation assistant, the suggestion of which was adopted by the hospital. As a result, an anti-magnetic anesthesia machine was arranged in the MRI room.ConclusionMini-HTA method can provide decision support for hospital equipment configuration and is conducive to the scientific and rational allocation of resources in hospitals.

  • A research for reasonable configuration standard of electrocardiogram monitors in surgical nursing units of a large public hospital based on analytic hierarchy process

ObjectiveTo find out the influencing factors of electrocardiogram (ECG) monitor configuration decision in surgical nursing units and form a scientific configuration standard, so as to provide a basis for the reasonable configuration of ECG monitors.MethodsFrom May to June 2018, the indexes and weights affecting the configuration of ECG monitors in surgical nursing units of a large public hospital were determined by interview survey method and analytic hierarchy process.ResultsThe influencing factors for configuration of ECG monitors in surgical nursing units were the number of operations, number of rescues, number of emergencies, number of deaths, and number of patients transferred to and out of intensive care unit, and the weights were 0.459 7, 0.224 9, 0.155 3, 0.111 2, and 0.049 0, respectively. The classification of nursing units was taken as plan, and the configuration standard of ECG monitors was established.ConclusionThe configuration model of ECG monitors in surgical nursing units based on analytic hierarchy process realizes the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, which provides scientific and reasonable reference for the configuration of ECG monitors.

  • Design and mechanical properties of biodegradable polymeric stent

Biodegradable stents (BDSs) are the milestone in percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Biodegradable polymeric stents have received widespread attention due to their good biocompatibility, moderate degradation rate and degradation products without toxicity or side effects. However, due to the defects in mechanical properties of polymer materials, the clinical application of polymeric BDS has been affected. In this paper, the BDS geometric configuration design was analyzed to improve the radial strength, flexibility and reduce the shrinkage rate of biodegradable polymeric stents. And from the aspects of numerical simulation, in vitro experiment and animal experiment, the configuration design and mechanical properties of biodegradable polymeric stents were introduced in detail in order to provide further references for the development of biodegradable polymeric stents.

  • Research progress in geometric configuration design of artificial heart valve

Valvular heart disease is a structural or functional disease of the heart due to rheumatic fever, congenital malformation, infection, or trauma, resulting in abnormal cardiac hemodynamics and ultimately heart failure. Implantation of artificial heart valves has become the main way to treat heart valvular disease. Because the structure of the artificial heart valve plays a key role in the stress distribution and hemodynamic performance of the valve and stent, the geometric configuration of the artificial heart valve is constantly updated and improved during its development from mechanical valve to biological valve, which closely mimics the geometric characteristics of the normal natural heart valve. This article sums up the design process of geometric configuration of artificial heart valves and the influence of geometric configuration on the central disc stress and durability of artificial heart valves, analyzes the important parameters of geometric modeling for artificial heart valves, and discusses the development of the corresponding modeling method, to provide reference and new ideas for the biomimetic optimization design of artificial valves.
