  • A Standing Balance Evaluation Method Based on Largest Lyapunov Exponent

In order to evaluate the ability of human standing balance scientifically, we in this study proposed a new evaluation method based on the chaos nonlinear analysis theory. In this method, a sinusoidal acceleration stimulus in forward/backward direction was forced under the subjects' feet, which was supplied by a motion platform. In addition, three acceleration sensors, which were fixed to the shoulder, hip and knee of each subject, were applied to capture the balance adjustment dynamic data. Through reconstructing the system phase space, we calculated the largest Lyapunov exponent (LLE) of the dynamic data of subjects' different segments, then used the sum of the squares of the difference between each LLE (SSDLLE) as the balance capabilities evaluation index. Finally, 20 subjects' indexes were calculated, and compared with evaluation results of existing methods. The results showed that the SSDLLE were more in line with the subjects' performance during the experiment, and it could measure the body's balance ability to some extent. Moreover, the results also illustrated that balance level was determined by the coordinate ability of various joints, and there might be more balance control strategy in the process of maintaining balance.

  • Progress in evaluation index of health resource utilization efficiency in enhanced recovery after surgery

ObjectiveTo summarize the evaluation indexes of health resource utilization efficiency in enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) , so as to provide reference for the construction of evaluation index system.MethodLiteratures on the allocation, utilization, and efficiency of ERAS health resources at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed and analyzed.ResultsAt present, no systematic evaluation index system of ERAS health resources utilization efficiency had been formed at home and abroad. In the research, the formulation direction of input index mainly included ERAS human resources allocation and material resources allocation, while the formulation direction of output index mainly included ERAS medical resources utilization.ConclusionsThe evaluation system of ERAS health resources utilization efficiency is not perfect and the research scope of its index system is too small, which restricts the standardization promotion of ERAS. It is an urgent problem to construct a scientific evaluation index system for ERAS health resources utilization efficiency.

  • Research progress and clinical application of preoperative liver function evaluation indexes

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application and recent progress of preoperative liver function evaluation methods.MethodThe literatures about the studies of indexes of preoperative liver function evaluation were summarized and analyzed.ResultsSerological indexes could reflect liver function in many aspects; Indocyanine green clearance test, Child-Pugh and MELD scoring system could improve the accuracy of evaluating liver reserve function; Imaging examination and artificial intelligence (radiomics and deep learning) helped to diagnose the degree of liver fibrosis and accurately measure the volume of functional liver.ConclusionsEach method of preoperative liver function evaluation has certain limitation. It needs comprehensive analysis combined with a variety of evaluation indexes so as to objectively and accurately evaluate liver function and formulate an individualized diagnosis and treatment plan that furthest benefits patients.

  • Discussion on the construction of comprehensive evaluation model of post-marketing clinical safety of traditional Chinese medicine injection based on mixed methods research

The post-marketing clinical safety re-evaluation studies of traditional Chinese medicine injections have obtained safety evidence of various research types such as active monitoring, passive monitoring and literature review. However, there is a lack of comprehensive evaluation methods that can effectively integrate the data of the above research types. So far, it is impossible to further produce more comprehensive and objective high-level evidence-based evidence, which seriously affects the supervision and management of traditional Chinese medicine injections and clinical rational use. The key to establishment of a comprehensive evaluation method is to first establish a comprehensive evaluation of the core indicators of the preferred method, the formation of weighted quantitative scoring model applied to the comprehensive evaluation method. Mixed methods research (MMR) can effectively and deeply integrate different types of research data and scientifically and normatively complete the screening of indicators in the evaluation model through repeated quantitative and qualitative research on data. Secondly, for the most critical index weighting and weight adjustment research in the model construction research, the author innovatively combines the analytic hierarchy process with the invariant weight sub-constraint method, and introduces the quantitative research part of the MMR design. It ensures the accurate weighting of indicators in the process of model construction. Therefore, based on the research on the core outcome set proposed for the core outcome outcomes of the effectiveness test, this paper proposes the use of MMR to carry out index screening and weight adjustment research based on multi-source complex data, and to construct a comprehensive evaluation model of post-marketing clinical safety of traditional Chinese medicine injections that integrates different research types of data. It provides measurement tools and new methods for the comprehensive evaluation of post-marketing clinical safety of traditional Chinese medicine injections.
