随着医学模式的转变，生活质量评估逐渐成为精神疾病临床疗效的一个主要指标，日益受到精神医学界的关注。但目前在这一领域的研究仍相对匮乏，国内更加滞后。现对双相障碍患者生活质量研究现状进行综述，就其存在的问题及下一步研究提出建议，以期让生活质量评估能更好地用于指导临床治疗和促进患者的全面康复。
