目的分析肾上腺转移瘤的CT征象及CT对肾上腺转移肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2013年1月－2014年3月收治的50例经临床及病理证实为肾上腺转移肿瘤患者的CT资料，总结其CT征象。结果 50例患者中，转移灶位于左侧32例，右侧8例，双侧10例；病灶直径1～6 cm，平均4.5 cm；边界不规则，多明显强化，部分病灶呈不均匀环形强化征象。结论肾上腺转移肿瘤有一定的CT特征，CT平扫+增强是发现、诊断肾上腺转移肿瘤的可靠方法。
