目的探讨经鼻型肠梗阻导管对急性肠梗阻的疗效。方法回顾性收集2013年6月至2015年6月期间笔者所在医院收治的87例急性肠梗阻患者的临床资料，根据治疗分为观察组44例（采用经鼻型肠梗阻导管治疗）和对照组43例（采用普通鼻胃管治疗），比较2组患者的疗效以评判经鼻型肠梗阻导管在急性肠梗阻治疗中的应用价值。结果总体而言，观察组的疗效优于对照组（P=0.04）。观察组的腹痛腹胀缓解时间、肛门排气排便缓解时间及腹部X线平片示肠梗阻缓解时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05），且48 h内腹痛腹胀缓解率、置管第1天引流量、24 h腹围缩小量及24 h内胃肠减压量均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论经鼻型肠梗阻导管可有效引流肠内容物，较早缓解腹痛、腹胀等症状，为进一步的手术治疗创造了良好的条件，具有重要的推广应用价值。
