目的探讨附脐静脉在门静脉高压分流术中的应用。
方法对第二炮兵总医院2009年收治的2例经多次治疗后复发的布加综合征患者利用明显扩张的附脐静脉进行门体分流术。
结果术后门静脉压力均明显降低， 2患者分别在术后随访7和5个月，疗效满意。
结论对于复杂重症的门静脉高压患者，明显扩张并压力增高的附脐静脉可用于门腔静脉转流，术式简单有效。
