This investigation analyzes the management of medical schools merged with comprehensive universities through internet search and research review in order to reveal management model and effect of the merger. The conclusion is safely reached that governance models are divided into two different patterns: centralized management and decentralized management. Eight universities, representing the two models, were selected and evaluated comprehensively. Among them, the universities that carried out decentralized management have greater development after the merger based on a quality comparison concerning freshmen, faculty, teaching and research between the two patterns. ObjectiveTo systematically review the current status of doctor-patient conflicts in China.MethodsWe searched CNKI and CSSCI databases to collect literatures about the doctor-patient conflicts from inception to April 23rd, 2017. The literatures were categorized by the published time, the high-frequency vocabulary, the citation frequency, the researching discipline, the researching facility, the quality of literature, the theme of literature and so on. The current research status of the doctor-patient conflicts was analyzed.ResultsA total of 226 literatures were included, in which 72 defined and classified the doctor-patient conflicts, 122 analyzed the causing reasons of doctor-patient conflicts, and 160 analyzed the governance paths of doctor-patient conflicts. The research disciplinary vision was limited to the policies, regulations and the medical education and so on, and the researches in psychology or economics disciplinary vision were insufficient. The medical and comprehensive universities were the main research units of the studies of the doctor-patient conflicts. The frequency and quality of the researches about doctor-patient conflicts were low.ConclusionThe classified studies of doctor-patient conflicts are insufficient, so the scientific and manageable classified criterions are needed in the further studies. Systematic studies in influential factors of doctor-patient conflicts are insufficient, so the occurring mechanisms of conflicts are needed to be done by systematical researches on patient-centered way. The studies of governance paths of doctor-patient conflicts are insufficient, so the strategies of classified and systematical management which according to the different conflicting forms and entire process of the conflict occurrence should be put forward.
As an important part of social governance, the health poverty alleviation plays a key role in promoting Healthy China Strategy. This paper reviews the practice progress of health poverty alleviation in China, and summarizes it's four action logics. It is found that the governance effect is restrained by several issues, such as pessimistically external governance environment, single governance subject, poor leading role of the pilot areas, specific practices inconsistent with conceptions, and the research has not paid enough attention to the incentive system and supervision mechanism of the practitioners. Based on the above, this paper proposes five governance principles on the governance of health and poverty alleviation: evidence-based principle, systematic principle, economic principle, dynamic principle and people-oriented principle. Lastly, we hope to provide some preferences to promote the governance practice of health poverty alleviation.
Objective To summarize and analyze the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the current governance framework for public health emergencies in China. Methods The CNKI, VIP, WanFang Data, CBM and PubMed databases were electronically searched to collect studies on the management of major infectious disease outbreaks in China from inception to April 15, 2023. The basic information and governance elements included in the study were extracted and analyzed. Results A total of 30 studies were included, and the time of issuance was from 2020 to 2022. Most of the studies were on COVID-19, focusing on the governance framework of big data governance, holistic governance, and multi-agent collaborative governance. The governance elements were mainly concentrated in three aspects: governance subject, governance cycle and institutional guarantee. The governance entities were concentrated on multi-agent collaborative governance, with the governance cycle mainly focused on in process governance, and the basic guarantee is a multiple guarantee with information technology big data as the main body. Conclusion The governance body of China's major infectious disease epidemic management framework has transitioned from a single entity to a multi entity collaborative governance. While increasing prewarning governance, attention should also be paid to governance during the post recovery period. In terms of system, comprehensive guarantees such as epidemic public opinion control system guarantees, privacy security guarantees, and psychological counseling guarantees should be added.
